This is a sixteen hour course. This course is designed to give coaches working with competitive teams the tools to support their athletes. These tools include practice planning, role of the coach, analysing performance and many others. There is a large practical component of this course.
The target of this course is coaches that are coaching athletes in the Train to Train, Train to Compete and Active for Life stages of the Long-Term Athlete Model.
Please make arrangements to bring a laptop to your course as all course materials will be given to participants on a USB stick.
