Rugby Ontario Academy - Overview

The Rugby Ontario Academy is offered to both male and female athletes in the U14-U18 age groups.  Sessions are scheduled throughout the winter at the University of Toronto’s Varsity Centre.

The focus of this academy is development that is in line with the Long Term Rugby Development model, utilising the capacities of technical, tactical, physical, mental and lifestyle.

Selection for this academy is based off consultation with the coaches from the Junior Blues and Junior Storm Rep programs.
