RUGBY ONTARIO COMPETITIONS

Players and teams registered with Rugby Ontario have available to them a number of competitions including league play right up to provincial & National competitions.

Rugby Ontario starts their league play at u8 and runs leagues right up to the senior level. In addition to the Rugby Ontario leagues, our Branch Sub-Unions also run leagues which includes u18 divisions and Senior Men’s and Women’s divisions. Those senior divisions link directly to the Rugby Ontario senior divisions through a promotion and relegation system.
