Four regional managers will be selected by a formal interview process lead by Rugby Ontario Technical Director from the four (4) regional areas
South Western Ontario
Niagara Region
Toronto Region
Eastern Ontario
Managers will need to submit electronically a managing and or coaching resume and cover letter by way of online portal. They will need to be able to produce the following documents:
Evidence of NCCP education (if they have coaching experience)
Evidence of completion of IRB Rugby Ready Course - safety course
Evidence of experience in Sevens
Two contactable references
Target ability / experience for managers will be:
NCCP Introduction to Competition trained or equivalent
Sound knowledge of Sevens is an advantage
A desire to progress high performance Sevens
