Referees

• Ten (10 - 5 male and 5 female) officials from across Ontario will be selected through a formal application process lead by Rugby Ontario Technical Director 

• Select a Rugby Ontario Sevens Referee Coach to mentor and develop referees in academy 
• • • Officials will be required to complete an online application form and attend selection testing that will include the following: 
• • • An interview
• • • Fitness testing
• • • Eye sight test 
• • • Behavioral test 

• Officials will need to have completed Level 1 certification and be registered with Rugby Ontario
