All teams and schools planning a tour outside of the province should complete Outbound Tour form and send it to the Rugby Ontario office fax 416 426 7369 or by email to rugbyregistration@osrc.com

The tour itinerary, roster with birthdates( for schools) and proof of insurance should accompany the tour form. All club players must be registered and in good standing.

Once received information will be forwarded to Rugby Canada for Sanctioning.

Inbound tours are required to complete the Inbound tour appoval form, and submit to Rugby Ontario with the tour itinerary, roster with birthdates( for schools) and proof of insurance . Once Sanctioned information will be passed to the clubs and referee societies.
