Rugby Canada is pleased to announce the dates and locations of its Senior Women presented by Fuelling Women Champions and age-grade 2017 Canadian Rugby Championships.

The Senior Women presented by Fuelling Women Champions tournament will be played in Truro, NS, July 17-22 alongside the women’s U20 and men’s U19 tournaments.

The men’s and women’s U16 and U18 tournaments will be played in Calgary, AB, August 14-20.

“The CRC tournaments, from the U16 level to senior, are critical pathways to Canada’s national teams,” said Jim Dixon, Rugby Canada’s General Manager of Rugby Operations. “These competitions will provide players with the opportunity to continue their development in high-quality matches while providing national team coaching staffs a great chance to scout talent from coast-to-coast.”

The tournament in Truro will be held at the home of the Truro Saints while the Calgary Rugby Union will play host in August.

Last year, Quebec won the senior women’s title while BC claimed the U19 men, U18 men, U18 women and U16 men titles. Ontario won the women’s U20 and U16 divisions.
