Rugby Ontario announces exciting new funding partnership with Their Opportunity
We are excited to announce a new funding partnership that has been established with Their Opportunity.
As part of this partnership, Rugby Ontario and Their Opportunity will work together to provide financial support to all rugby participants across the province that meet the funding criteria.
Rugby Ontario will also be involved in Their Opportunity’s events and campaigns in order to promote rugby as a sports and recreation option.
“Rugby Ontario has become advocates & game changers for the children in Their Opportunity’s program and throughout the province,” said Randy Gill, President and CEO of the Their Opportunity. “The new partnership program with Rugby Ontario will provide opportunity for so many more children in the region to become even more involved in the community that truly cares for them.”
“We are extremely excited about this partnership,” explained Mike Brown, Chief Executive Officer of Rugby Ontario. “We are always looking at how we can engage more children in rugby and Their Opportunity provides a great platform for that. We hope that this partnership will change the lives of families and youth around our province.”
Though registration has already began for many clubs, athletes and families can apply and receive funding to reimburse their registration fees.
