Rugby Ontario is seeking an motivated individual to join our team as a Communications and Marketing Coordinator.

It is with mixed feelings that we announce that Kevin Baxter is departing the organization to pursue a Marketing Consultant role in his hometown of Quinte West, Ontario. We wish Kevin the best in his new position and we would like to thank him for his two years of work with Rugby Ontario, helping to further develop our marketing and communications efforts within the Ontario rugby community. With Kevin’s imminent departure, we are looking for an individual with a background in Communications, Marketing or Journalism with a keen interest in rugby within Ontario and Canada to fill the open position.

The Rugby Ontario Communications and Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for creating and delivering a communications and marketing strategy on behalf of the organization. The Communications and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all media relations on behalf of the organization, working with media partners across the province at national, provincial and local levels. The individual will also be responsible for creating and publishing content on Rugby Ontario’s various platforms, public relations, internal and external communications, graphic design, video production and photography.
