Rugby Ontario Welcomes Scarborough RFC To Membership

(WHITBY, ON) -Rugby Ontario is pleased to announce the introduction of a new club to our membership: Scarborough RFC! The club nicknamed the "Aces" will begin running program immediately, focusing on developing Women's rugby in Scarborough.
For the rest of the 2021 season, the club will be running a Senior Women's program (18+). In 2022, the club plans to run a Junior Girls (U18) team. The Aces have future development plan of adding a Mini's program other Junior age grade teams.
"With a big vision and inspired board, we are proud to introduce Scarborough RFC as the newest rugby club in Ontario" said club President Petra Woods. "Our mission is to offer a diversified and inclusive environment to boost participation, opportunities and development of our sport in the Scarborough community."
