The Senior Men’s B division is split regionally with Sarnia II, Fergus II, Kent and newcomer Owen Sound in the West and Stoney Creek II, Niagara II, Grimsby, and a Bye in the East. The Senior Women’s A division is split regionally with London, Fergus, Sarnia and Waterloo in the West and Stoney Creek, Niagara, Burlington and Hamilton in the East. The teams will play in a ten-round regular season with six games (home/away) regionally then four games (two home/two away) with their cross divisional rivals. The winner at the end of the 10-game season will challenge for a spot in the Ontario Women’s League.

"It is very exciting to have all these teams back and up and running for 2022” said Eric Ciezar, the NRU Senior Leagues convenor. “Many of the game dates this year have double or triple headers and club on club action (women and men) together which will bode well for a great social atmosphere for everyone in each club and for rugby in general.”
