Under 19 Birth Years (2003-2004)
The Under 19 age grade league is a competitive league run by Rugby Ontario.
League Information
- Players will play primarily Wednesdays, with the season running from June to August
- During game weeks teams will play 1 fixture
- Fixtures will be 70 minutes in length (35 minute halves)
- Teams will play a round robin league format over the season
- Qualifying teams will play in U19 Finals Day, which will take place on August 2022
- Teams are regionalized to reduce travel where possible
