About the All-In-Rugby Cup

Rugby Ontario’s All-In-Rugby Cup is a non-contact rugby tournament for Mixed Ability Rugby teams from across the province. Teams composed of players 16 years and older compete in T1 flag rugby for the All-In-Rugby Cup. Additionally teams compete for the Spirit of the Game Trophy which is awarded to the team who best embodies World Rugby’s core values of Integrity, Passion, Solidarity, Discipline, and Respect, as determined through the collection of Spirit of the Game points throughout pool play of the tournament. Spirit of the Game points are awarded by the Match Official at the end of each match for the teams involved.
