Junior Rugby in Ontario is offered at the U16 (Born 2010/2011) & U18 (Born 2008/2009) age grades. Rugby Ontario offers two leagues for clubs to participate in, including The Junior Provincial Cup and The Regional Cup which run in the months of June until August, and Junior Club 7s running in the fall.
