Air Quality Guidelines
This document serves as a guideline for Rugby Ontario members aimed to increase the safety of all outdoor sport participants with respect to air quality. As a guideline, it provides information about the dangers of engaging in physical activity outdoors when the air quality is poor and provides evidence-informed strategies to prevent or limit participants’ exposure to air pollution including what should be considered in assessing air quality. The information applies to all individuals, at all times during Rugby Ontario sanctioned events and activities.
