Senior Men

Rugby Ontario will continue leading the country by formalizing and expanding an inter-provincial platform at the senior level. Aligning national team selection with a robust inter-provincial competition builds on existing strengths, reinforces development continuity, and positions Ontario and participating provinces at the forefront of rugby development in Canada. This enhanced selection model provides a more accurate, fair, and developmentally beneficial process compared to traditional try-outs, ultimately strengthening both the national team and the broader Canadian rugby ecosystem.

Interbranch Competition

Senior Men’s Interbranch is a new competition this year where the best players from each of the four regional branches in Ontario compete at a senior level. This competition is a selection tool for the Ontario Blues.
