QORC

The Quebec-Ontario Rugby Championship (QORC) is an inter-provincial competition for senior women in Quebec and Ontario. Rugby Canada is involved in the 2026 season, making this a pathway for athletes to be scouted for the National team.

Showcase Games

Ontario East and West will compete in a total of 6 matches prior to Rugby Canada’s Sr. Women’s Camp (March 23rd – April 5th, 2026) and Pac 4 (May 2026), and finish with a Final in May 2026.

QORC Finals

QORC is an inter-provincial rugby competition between the Ontario Blues and Rugby Québec. Each province is represented by an East and West team. The four teams compete to win the championship.

This year, the Ontario Blues – East team won the QORC Games, and the Ontario Blues – West team placed fourth.

Canada Summer Games

The Canada Games brings together more than 2,000 able-bodied athletes and athletes with physical and intellectual disabilities for the largest amateur multi-sport event in the country. The Games are hosted every two years, and alternate between Winter and Summer games in a similar fashion to the Olympics. The Canada Summer Games feature Rugby Sevens and the games were held from August 11-13.

The Canada Summer Games feature Rugby Sevens. Teams from 10 provinces and 1 territory competed. Team Ontario won Silver overall!
