Senior Women’s Rugby is played by athletes born in 2007 or earlier. It is the oldest age group for rugby in Ontario. Senior Women’s teams play in various leagues across the province, in both Branch and Ontario level leagues. The highest levels of Senior Women’s rugby in Ontario are the OWL Premiership League and The OWL Championship League.
